Privacy

A plain-language summary of what we do with the details you send through this site.

Placeholder. This page is a working draft and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed against your jurisdiction’s requirements (and GDPR/CCPA if relevant) before launch.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote or contact form: your name, email, optionally a phone number and project location, and whatever you tell us about the space. If you have added systems to a quote request, the list of those systems is sent with it.

What we do with it

We use it to prepare and send your quotation and to answer your questions. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Stored in your browser

The systems you add to a quote request are kept in your own browser’s local storage so the list survives a refresh. That data stays on your device and is only transmitted when you submit the form. Clearing your browser data clears it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and servicing. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.
