How it works
From a photograph to an installed closet
Four stages, around twelve weeks end to end. You sign off the drawings and the price before anything is cut.
- 01
Consultation
Send dimensions, a floor plan or a photograph. We talk through how the space is actually used — what hangs full length, what folds, what has to be visible when you open the door, and what the closet has to work around.
- Free, no obligation
- Remote or at the Brooklyn showroom
- Budget band agreed up front
- 02
Survey & drawings
We measure on site, including floor and ceiling variation. You get elevations, a plan, a finish schedule and a written quotation with every line itemised. Nothing goes into production until the drawings are signed.
- On-site measured survey
- Elevations and finish schedule
- Fixed written quotation
- 03
Manufacture
Frames are cut to the millimetre from the survey. Drawer fit-out is made to the internal dimensions of your drawers rather than to a standard module, and book-matched veneer is laid out across the run before anything is cut.
- 8–12 weeks typical
- Made in our own workshop
- Progress photos on request
- 04
Installation
Installed by the people who built it. Frames are scribed to the floor and ceiling, lighting is commissioned and dimmed to your preference, and every drawer and door is set before we leave the site.
- Typically 1–3 days on site
- Lighting commissioned
- 10-year guarantee from handover
