Terms

The basis on which this website and our quotations are offered.

Placeholder. This page is a working draft and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a solicitor before launch.

Quotations

Prices shown on product pages are indicative starting points for a typical configuration. They are not an offer. A binding price is only given in a written quotation following a measured site survey, and holds for the period stated on that quotation.

Products and imagery

Every system is made to order. Photography shows representative configurations and finishes; timber, leather and anodised aluminium vary naturally between batches, and colour on a screen is not a reliable match. Ask for samples.

Guarantee

Frames, runners and hinges are guaranteed for ten years from handover against defects in manufacture, where the system has been installed by us and used normally. Full terms are set out in your order documents.
